UNRELIABLE !!!!!! and even when you call to ask where the taxi is...they lie to you. Even after booking with them several times over a 3 month period they have no regard to the customer. It is now 30min later and the driver has not yet arrived. The pick-up time was clearly stated when booking, and when I called to query where the taxi was, the answer was 10min. Do not book with these guys if you need to be somewhere on time or picked up on time, they operate with a mindset that they are doing you a favour by coming to pick you up. I can say this after booking with them now at least for 5 airport trips - big shame.
