La Baia

I asked for pizza Regina, which is the one with prosciutto and mushrooms, and extra pineapple. The pizza was brought with everything cooked but the mushrooms, which were clearly thrown on top at the end. It tasted average at best. I know it was a mistake, because the guy next to me ordered the same pizza, without the pineapple, and his mushrooms were cooked.
I asked for still water, he brought me carbonated water.

To top it all off, when it came time to pay, the waiter did not give me exact change, but automatically assumed I was going to leave him tip and kept 1.60 euros extra. I thought that was extremely rude, it should be my choice as a customer how much I want to tip.
We were two young ladies, in our 20s, attractive, and he did not stop by once to ask if we enjoy our food or if we need anything else. We had to chase after him to ask for our bill. Maybe he dislikes Americans. Regardless, we will not be going back. Bad food, bad service.

The is perhaps the best pizza in Munich. A small hole in the wall in a residential area, the atmosphere great, staff authentic, prices reasonable, and a REAL wood pizza oven. Don't go bigger than the house red and make sure every meal includes the salsiccia and ends with tiramisu.
