I needed to buy some football socks for my son so tried J D Sports in the Friary. I managed to get 5 pairs of umbro sports socks for £2.49 which seemed great value but could not locate the colour football socks I required. The shop assisstant was also unable to confim if they stocked this colour although he did briefly look. The shop seems to have several bargains in it but is rather untidy in appearance and you would be hard pushed to get through it with a buggy or pram. If you enjoy a bargain and don't mind searching through the apparent chaos you will enjoy this store!
