There a disgrace to deal with customer care is a joke furniture is cheap crap brought it from china with a massive mark up only a step up from cardboard ..trying to pass it of as quality it's rubbish they sell ...muttin in lamb

.fighting with this company a yr nearly ..no return no rights is the mantra u get a tech who is rude and byist to company only short of bringing a sowing machine with him argued with me in my home
Bought donloe sofa under fabric it's a step up from cardboard ..bringing in cheap and passing it of as top quality ..
customer service are rude ..they put me thru hell and stress ..don't call you back fight you on everything ..the technician is a gimmick to not refund anything ..I've stopped 2 friends from buying there already ..don't expect help from this company they don't care I've to go to court ..any other company would just accept the fault once proved but not these guys ..please please be aware ..they do not value Ur consumer rights

Got it returned and on the second attempt it never came. Had us waiting in the house for a couch that was never loaded on a van. On the third day they delivered the wrong couch again only to be told by customer care it was the right couch even though I had phots of all couches to easily prove otherwise. Was continually lied to by costumer care and they refused to refund my money back and that I had to accept a couch I never ordered. After two weeks of back and forward and the threat of the small claims court I finally got money back. Still have no couch and not even a apology after their shocking behavior. Never experienced anything like this before.
