Concentra Occupational Medical Centers

On Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 11:24 am I went for a drug test. The Collector's name Tracy Burroughs. I followed all protocols for the test. She told me that the results should be in approximately one hour. After 3 business days not to mention a entire weekend they come back with my results as diluted. I've been there before a month prior and had taken a drug test/physical test with positive results. I don't understand what went wrong!!
