Abraham's Lincoln Limousine

We used this service for my sister's wedding a week ago. Everything went smoothly and they were super accommodating.

However, the main reason why I'm giving them such a superior rating is that after the wedding, I had left a bouquet on the bus that had my dad's wedding band attached to it and I didn't realize til the morning. The band was hidden under the ribbon so it would've been impossible for the driver to see. I called the owner (Peter) and he called the driver to find out that the bouquet had been tossed. Peter went to the location of where it was tossed and fished it out for me! I wanted to cry when he said he found it. He also made it easy for me to come get. They saved me from having to face my scary mother had it not shown up :p

I was invited by the wedding couple to join them in the party bus from the church to where the reception was being held. I was disappointed by the condition of this party bus. Overall, it was poor. The upholstery was torn and coming apart and the bus look dirty. But that is not the reason for my bad review. The driver must have had another engagement to run to because I simply can not understand why he was driving so fast. Kids and adults were literally falling off their seats. He would stop and go very abruptly making incomplete stops. I can't see how this bus can operate legally. With his aggressive driving, slippery seats and very bumpy bus, I would strongly recommend they install seat belts. The smallest accident would send everyone flying across the entire bus with nothing to stop them but the dancing poles in the center of the bus.

Pass on this company if you want reliability! We rented a party bus for 24 teens for the prom. They did show up on time to pick everyone up for the beginning of the event, so I will give them that. They were 45 minutes late picking up which caused quite a problem at the venue. Parents were called at 12:45am to come pick up the kids as there was no other way to get them home. Just as we are all getting ready to go get them, the driver finally arrived and offered no apology. On the way back, the driver proceeds to get lost even after the kids are telling him the right way to go. He totally ignores them and goes the wrong way. After finally dropping off the kids, he hightails it out of there before anyone can say anything and proceeds to go park down the street with his lights off.
Will never use them again! For $1200, there are much more reliable companies out there!

If I could put zero stars I would. For my 30th birthday I scheduled a limo, there were some issues with my card so my limo was canceled. I called to get limo reinstated as I had people waiting at my house. Owner said someone would be on there way as soon as possible. I got super excited to have it back. I got sent a text message then saying that driver wasn't answering his calls. So false promises. Also due to getting ready and it being my birthday I didn't see text for a long time while waiting for limo to arrive. I tried to call owner and none of my calls were answered or texts replied to. So unprofessional!! Never use this company.

We rented Abraham's Lincoln Limousine for my cousin's wedding and they completely went above and beyond with their service. We found their business by surfing the web and when I gave them a call to talk about pricing, they were the most reasonable one out there. The experience we had with Arthur, our driver, was amazing. He was funny and made the entire ride go by smoothly. I would definitely recommend their business to anyone who's looking for limo service for any occasion!

This company was in a contract with us for a Wedding and called the DAY before and said he was offered more money from another person and he wasn't coming. Family had to find another company the DAY before event. This person has no morals to do something like that.

I've had two limo reserved over the phone, and followed by email confirmation along with contract. Doing the transaction was easy and fast. I didn't see the reviews on yelp before I use this limo service, but my experience with them was good. I needed two limos for my two kid's prom and both limo arrived on time, and they did the service as they supposed to, and all kids were super happy with them. I've been getting text message from the company during the reservation and on the day of arrival so that I did not had to worry about whether it's coming and coming on time, etc. I needed the dependable company for over 40 teenagers so it worked out great! I kept on bugging Arthur and the office person at this company about questions from kids and other parents, but got answered back immediately. That was a big A++. Thank you Arthur for being patient with me. ^^

This company is so unprofessional! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! We hired them for an event, the driver was going the long way and got us there late. We left our stuff on the bus and when we were ready to return a limo came and picked us up . Yes we did not get the same bus we were on. All cramped up and not what we paid for! Never again, I should actually take them to small claims!

I've been in two limos by this company, and I got to experience just how good this company is the second time around.

I accidentally left my keys in one of the limos, and thinking the worst in people, I didn't think they would be willing to return them since I live far from North Hollywood. But to my surprise, the owner, Peter, called a few days later saying he found them and wanted to return them to me.

From then on, he was helpful and patient with my many questions, and even came up with a way to get my keys to me safely and easily, so I wouldn't have to drive all the way to LA to get them. He was quick to respond and so very kind.

As for the limos themselves, they're always gorgeous and clean, the drivers are nice, and they were on time both ways. Now I trust this company and will be making sure to call them if I ever need a limo in the future. :)

Booked two limos for a party of close to 50 people. They were not only on-time they were early. The driver even pulled over to let us make a pit stop on the way. They are also very reasonably priced compared to other limo services in the area.

Only complaint I have is that there were empty alcohol bottles in the back when we got on and I wish it had been cleaned out. But I do understand that the drivers are probably rushing from one party to the other. All in all, we got to our destination and back safely and happily.
