The wife and I were just looking to find a place to get dinner and a beer. Tilted Barrel Brew Pub was way more than we expected and we are so happy to have found it. It was packed for a Saturday but we got seated at the bar right away.
FAST review
Food: We got the 1/2 order of Fried Pickles and it was ALOT as the menu says, and they were great, we couldn't finish the basket. Two IPAs, the Cranker Yanker and Bells Two. I ordered the Colorado Cheesesteak, which was good, I'd prefer a different bread, but it came with an Au Jus so it was kind of like a beef dip sandwich. The onion rings were great! We also got a beef brisket sandwich which my wife said was really good.
Atmosphere: Seems that we arrived on a Line Dancing Saturday night! While we didn't partake in the dancing, the dance floor was packed with at least 30 to 40 people having a great time. Several TV's showing Olympics and other sports, and everyone was having a great time!
Service: Like I said we were sat at the bar really quickly. Our waitress Nikki was amazing and really friendly. She got our beers served and our food out quickly and checked on us a lot! The other bartender also checked on us and I noticed that he really took care of all his customers amazingly well too. The owner also came up to check on us and chatted for a short time before we left.
Tips: if it's just two of you 1/2 order of Fried Pickles is more than enough especially if you're going to order meals! Upgrade to Onion Rings and check to see what the entertainment is for the night!
We will definitely be back!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 3 de jul. de 2022
Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - fries are a bit salty and cooked in older oil but could have been because we were there around 9 PM
Gyro was surprisingly good in terms of protein and toppings. It was a bit dry or seemed to be lacking the Tzatiki sauce. The pita helped with saltiness of the sides and cheese
Colorado Cheese Steak is a must try! The steak is flavorful and juicy. The bread was fluffy and soft adding some different texture to the meal. Would have loved more mushrooms but the dish was good overall
Ambience: N/A - ordered food to go. On Saturday night they had Greg Whipkey with live music. If we have a chance, would love to eat at the restaurant next time
Service: 5/5 - hostess was super friendly and took our order
Value for price: 4/5 - good food, reasonable price, and fun atmosphereHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 30 de nov. de 2023
They are closed for good unfortunately. Looking forward to have new business in town.

I came in on a Tuesday evening and the place was somewhat busy. There did not appear to be but one or two workers so I had to wait a few minutes to be seated. The place is dark and a bit outdated but don't let that fool you because the food is really good.
I ordered a margarita which wasn't fancy looking but to my surprise tasted good. My date and I started with the chips, salsa and queso. We were told the chips were made to order and would take a few minutes. The chips were very fresh, the salsa tasted fresh and had a nice bit of heat to it. The consistency of the queso was perfect and the cheese was creamy and nicely seasoned.
I had a BLT with a side salad. The salad was made with fresh ingredients and the dressing was on the side without having to ask for that. While a BLT is a simple sandwich, it is easy to mess it up. This BLT was delicious. The BLT was made on fresh bread that was toasted perfectly. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and the bacon was nicely cooked and tasted great.
My date had the patty melt and said it was cooked well and was very tasty. He would have liked to have the onions caramelized a bit more though but would not hesitate to order this sandwich again.
The service is friendly and efficient. The owners were there and were very hands on with every aspect of the service. The owner even came by our table to check on us. The place has a warm, friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Good food, refreshing drinks and friendly service. We will be back.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 5 de dez. de 2021
Came here for a quick drink before my pedicure. Cool place. Looks like great HH. Saw some food. It looked good. Looks like a band plays every weekend. Bonus. The bar is great Lots to offer. Bartender was sweet, informative & fast. They have a very nice sunroom. I definitely will be back to try their food. Cheers.

I've been back and happy to say that they have improved upon their service. Just wanted to be fair and update my review.
Good neighborhood bar/food.
Good Happy Hour prices.
Good beer selection.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 015 de mai. de 2019Avaliação anteriorNope. Service is horrible. Once again tried a local place 3x's! First time service wasn't bad, decent food and excellent beer selection. The next two times I had to go to the bar to get another round for my family because as we waited... and waited for food no one checked on us. Hey, if my beer is empty ask if I'd like another cause I do! Alas, no one checks on you. The servers seriously seem like they've never been in a restaurant before and have no idea what to do. Hope they can pull it together because Tim, the owner seems like a good dude. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. I should add the bartender was the only one in the place that had a clue about customer service.

Food was poor quality...bland.... Good variety of local taps which is why I gave two stars. One level above local dive bar.
Only recommend if you are looking for drinks and live music. Would not come for the food )expensive for what we got as well - "piled high reuben" per menu description was half inch thick with about 20 fries on the plate (for 13 bucks).Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 7 de jul. de 2022
I've been wanting to try the Tilted Barrel for far too long - years! Finally made it in, on a Friday night. We sat outside so we could actually talk while the live music was rockin' the house inside. It being a pub, I went for the most classic pub grub I could think of: fish-n-chips and a dark beer (Sad Panda). The fish was good but the fries tasted of very old grease. The beer was good. Our server was friendly and did a good job. I'd be chomping at the bit to go back if not for the old-grease fries, which other reviews also mention.

We were really excited to try our closest sports bar in our new neighborhood. The owner gave us a warm welcome and we could not wait to try the food. It was Friday night at 8:30 and the band was setting up to play. We got a quiet table on the other side of the bar so we could talk. We waited quite awhile before our server realized we were there. We ordered our complete meal. The beer menu was extensive and local, great choices. I got a Weld works Juicy Juice. Delicious. We got half an order of fried pickles they were great and enough for three people. Unfortunately we had no napkins and could not get the waitresses attention. Then my sad Rueben showed up. Not so piled high. Two slices of corned beef was very disappointing. The waitresses sent the owner over and he comped our meal. I think that was a nice jesture but maybe bring back a heap of corned beef and stack it up! Lol. I would gladly have paid.
My wife's jalapeño burger didn't fit the menu description either. Jalapeños were raw not grilled and the burger was over cooked. Hopefully they can tighten up training and survive, we really wanted it to be our new go to sports bar.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Gina M.Albuquerque, Estados Unidos031718 de jun. de 2022
The reviews came in a 4.5 stars. We had to sit outside because we had a doggie with us. So got a new waitress for a party of 10. Unfortunately it seemed she had very little training and no one from the rest of staff offered her much help. Luckily, we all were previous restaurant workers so we were patient.
Aside from service, the food was regular pub food. The most disappointing was the overcooked food from the fryer. (Onion rings)
The manager appeared when the food was coming out and was quick to compensate us for a few snafoos.
Would I try them again...yes. But I might not be so tolerable if I was on a schedule or trying to impress my guests.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
