Why the heck is the food so good?
The consomé that comes with the birria taco's is beyond delicious. My taco's always end up in it as well.

Lovely spicy house salsa on the taco's just makes that cold beer taste so perfect.

Food can be great or miss in my book.

Birria tacos were tasty but not crispy and needed a little more time on the grill. Garlic fries were not like any I have ever had before. They were eidble but I highly recommend removing from the menu or changing the recipe. The staff service is next level friendly. Location works well and the ambiance inside is decent. We have been 3 times in the last few weeks. The music is always a little loud but also kinda the vibe. If more people were dancing I would understand but its a bar & grill to me. Not a nightclub, maybe I'm just old like that. I'm sure we will be back and hope to see it evolve.

I hadn't been here in years, and we decided to visit this past Sunday (night before National Tequila Day!). The place was far more modern, more colorful, and a lot brighter than I remember (that's cuz it was really dark and drab before). A casual atmosphere offering a pool table, dartboard, ample seating, a few TVs, and random decor to go along with the random music (rnb, rock, oldies, and more).

The cocktails here (whiskey sour, lemon drop, kentucky mule, etc.) were fine, pretty good actually, but not good enough for me to want to return anytime soon. The wait for drinks was ridiculous, even with the place neither crowded nor busy (some drinks were 10-15 minutes wait, others 25-30 minutes wait... for one drink).

There was only one bartender and he was seemingly doing his best, making everything fresh (chopping up the garnish for each drink, etc.), a friendly guy, just slow. At least he gave me a little extra when he made my last drink. I'm pretty sure this establishment has better days, maybe when more than one bartender shows up to work. By the way, they serve food till 11:45pm (bar closes at 2am).

One of Milpitas' local bar that is really popular or is a hidden gem depending on who you ask. The workers here are always great and kind with recommendations and carrying good conversations even when it's busy. It was my friends and my first time on a holiday weekend before Halloween because we frequent on weekdays and it's still really good service. The drinks are amazing and are so fresh, they're never stingy with their pours. We got to have food for the first time with the birria sliders and they were delicious, hoping to try quesadillas if my friends and I catch the kitchen before they close it. Always super fun space here, they went all out for Halloween, but sadly I don't have photos to prove it because I was enjoying my margarita a little too much.

My boyfriend took me to this hidden spot but little did I know this would have been a hidden gem. As soon as we walked in we were greeted right away. It was busier than usual but the area had ample parking space and we found parking right away. The vibes were amazing and everyone there was extremely welcoming. I loved that we had the option to choose our own music so we got to enjoy our time especially more while we were there. As a woman going to an "in the wall" spot, you wouldn't expect their bathrooms to be clean, but they were! I'm definitely going to bring my girlfriends back to this place!

Nice place, good service, good food! I don't drink since I drive from San Ramon to hang out with friends but the tacos and other food is good! The people are friendly. I like to come to meet up with friends for $2 tacos for taco Tuesdays. Been here a few times already and will be back a lot for sure!

Came here on a whim after dinner with a few friends. It was my first time here and I'm shocked I haven't come sooner. I love going to dive bars and I can't believe it's so close to me. The bartenders were super friendly. Some of the barstools may be rocky and uneven. There's a pool table and the restrooms were nice. We did come randomly on a Monday night so it wasn't too busy.

I thought it was pretty cool they have daily specials and a happy hour menu. I want to come back to try their food because the quesabirria caught my attention. As for parking, lots of space in the parking lot. Considering that a lot of places close early in Milpitas, it's great to know we have this bar as an option!

Appearances can be deceiving. You wouldn't know this is dive bar with unexpectedly great tasting food just by looking at it. The tacos were definitely the star of the show but the birria sliders I've had weren't bad neither. Plenty of bar seating and a few tables. This is a great place to come watch a game or just grab a quick meal + drink. Prices were very reasonable as well - give this a try if you're looking for somewhere new.

I am here at least a couple times a week..tacos are amazing. You'd be surprised to find great food, great service, and a cozy bar to meet up with friends. Bartender Summer and Sapphire make the visits here even more enjoyable--fast and friendly bar service.

Giving it 4 stars only for the food! The drinks were a little too sweet and since there's only one bartender, we had to wait over 20 min to get our drinks.

But the foood was AMAZING. This is such a hidden gem for the tacos. I got the quesobirria taco (a must!!) and it came with the consume to dip and it was just so good. I also ordered a chicken taco and a pastor taco and I would order them again in a heartbeat. I will definitely be coming back but only for the tacos
