Values $160 over a happy customer who would have given a referral.
Lied and wasted majority of my day making me wait in order to sell the lie as well.
Only other alternative to them lying to me is not doing their due diligence during their initial inspection (which was a charge I didn't even include in the above $160).

Half the menu was 86'd.
Chef was walking around and socializing like it was a slow Wednesday, but it was Saturday night.
Food took way too long.
Unsure my okonomiyaki dish had any cabbage in it. Tasted mostly of shrimp, corn, & onion (with a bunch of umami). Was much smaller than it could/should have been, considering it's cheap traditional ingredients. Felt like eating a shell-less fish taco with little texture. Fail.

I've had decent meals here. The food is ok.
They have a good beer selection. I don't see how they survive without using events to keep fresh faces walking in.
They just don't have proper employee training and/or management. I've kept giving this place a chance with it's convenient location, but have been repeatedly let down by poor service.

Did a wonderful job and made needed changes overnight. Very happy.
