I have used Hannah for a haircut several times now and I'm very pleased. She listens and gives good understanding professional advice. My hair is very fine and curly which makes it difficult to manage. I usually find it very hard to find a good hairdresser. So when I moved from Lincoln I didn't know where to start. So I'm very pleased I went to Tony & Guy

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had my hair cut and coloured here, and without a doubt it was the WORST I have ever had. I asked for an ombre colour and the stylist just dyed my hair completely blonde. They acknowledged they were at fault, so I went back the next day for free to have it fixed, but a mere three months later and the blonde has faded to a mousy brown colour. I went into my local Toni and Guy (Exeter), and they were shocked at how terrible it was, and agreed that if Toni and Guy Hereford agreed they would fix it for free. I rang the Hereford salon twice, and they just ignored me. I am very tempted to take it to head office, as I spent £90 on my hair and it is honestly disgusting, as was the service I received.
