I dont think that I have every met a better dentist than Dr. Saini. He is the best dentist I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

During the era of Covid we were referred to Dr. Saini by our regular dental office because they stopped doing pediatrics. I'm so thankful they did because we have never looked back.

The care is exceptional. The work is the best. There is no other way to describe it. My kids are easy to deal with but I've been there when they had some "other" kinds of kids in there and they have their ways of dealing with them on point.

Our last dentist did a really bad job on some of my daughters dental and I paid out of pocket to have Dr. Saini fix it rather than going back to the other dentist. I will not take my kids anywhere else.

The office staff is exceptional. I have to deal with a difficult co parent situation and its so easy for me to just call up and explain what's going on and they accommodate me every time with out any hassle. Any billing questions, they are right there with the answer. They are just so helpful.

Actually, I wish I could be a patient too. You will not find a better dentist for your kids.

We have long appreciated Dr. Saini for his expertise in pediatric dentistry, valuing his ability to effectively treat children and clearly explain dental procedures. However, our latest visit has unfortunately compelled us to reconsider our choice of dentist due to an incident that left us deeply disappointed.

The visit took an unexpected turn when our 4 year old son struggled to follow instructions, and my wife stepped in to assist, as any concerned parent would. Regrettably, the dentist's response was not only unprofessional but also demeaning. He openly criticized my wife's efforts in front of our child, lecturing on the need for our son to be more "individualistic" and undermining her attempts to help. This behavior was not only inappropriate but also disrespectful, creating a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere.

We visited Dr. Saini not for parenting therapy or unsolicited advice on raising our children but for professional dental care in a supportive and respectful environment. Unfortunately, the unwarranted critique of my wife's actions has overshadowed his previous good work. The manner in which he treated my wife is unacceptable on many levels, demonstrating a lack of respect not only for her as a parent but also for her as a person. It is regrettable that a professional tasked with caring for children would show such disregard for the feelings and dignity of family members.

To those who hold respect for their partners, women, and mothers in high regard, we regretfully advise looking elsewhere for dental care. The ability to work respectfully with parents is fundamental in pediatric care, and unfortunately, our experience revealed a significant shortfall in this area by Dr. Saini.

The Best Pediatric Dentistry around! My son just turned 4 years old and had never been to the dentist. He is autistic and we were nervous to take him to the dentist. The office is perfectly set up for children and very inviting. My son loved the fish tank under the desk at in the waiting area. He went in to the dentist office and laid in the chair and got his teeth cleaned, flossed and x-rays done. They made it so fun for him. Dr. Schmitt and his staff were so friendly and amazing!
I was so proud of my kid! They are so patient and kind working with special needs children.

One of the places I feel most comfortable taking my child for care, Dr. Schmitt has treated my daughter since before she was 1 years old. I love his peaceful bedside manner and in 13 yr have seen him agitated only once. But I have to say, the dental assistants literally make this business. I wish I could list the names but I have videos of them giving my daughter education on teeth care and we all laughed through the entire appt as I teased my daughter on her "teeth work". Just a fun and professional business and that is a difficult balance.

I love the laughing, the EDUCATION, the tvs in the ceiling to keep kids still, not seeing a ton of kids be carried out due to being sedated (a scene at my dentists office on their pediatric day), and the toys at the end of the visit.

My complaint about them and I'm really upset about this issue too. In all the yrs we have been here we have never won, though we qualified for the #nocavityclub. What's the deal with that? Majorly suspect. Lol

Something I appreciate is I learned of this business because Dr. Schmitt took the time to advertise his business and EDUCATE new moms at my John Muir mommy and baby class. And he offered us a 1st free visit and teeth care education if we brought our kids prior to age 1. I learned about how long she would need milk, no bottles in the crib, pacifiers, and teeth care. I attribute this early intervention to the fact that my kiddo has great teeth.

Love them. Always so warm and welcoming. My boys look forward to seeing Dr. Saini. Great staff at both locations.

The office is super cute! Everyone from the front desk to the doctor to the assistant were very kind and friendly. My daughter got a photo at the end of the appointment with some gifts too! So many clever details and touches :-). Much appreciated.

Im been coming Here for the last 9 years great staff super Nice and Clean area The only inconvinience is The Attitude of the front Desk .....KELLY ....she has and attitude like shes ready to throw up she looks at the people like she hates her job I don't understand how the staff around her is so great and she enjoys to have a negative vibes fist I thought is me but I came here for a long time I never see her smile on the past someone needs to let her kwon she makes patients feel uncomfortable with this way she tread them at list she make me uncontrable If she don't like people she needs to find another job 9 years with this grounshy face No no no Pleased talk to Her

I can't praise Dr Schmitt and this practice enough. They are absolutely wonderful with my daughters, who are Autistic and also nervous about dentists.

Even before our first visit, they were sending our girls welcome cards and a package explaining what to expect (which also reassured us and helped us prepare the girls).

At the dentist everything is set up for children, from the extra low seats in the waiting room to the TVs playing Disney movies above the examination chairs. More importantly, all the staff are really good with children, including kids with special needs.

Dr Schmitt is also great. He helped my daughter stay calm and positive while getting fillings for the first time. I was surprised by how well my daughter did, which is partly down to the the dentist.

I also like that they take the time to explain everything to parents, before, during and after. They also allow, even encourage, parents to be in the room at all times.

It's about as good an experience as you could expect from a dentist. I'm so glad we found them.

My girls absolutely love this office! Dr. Saini is so patience with the kids and the staff is wonderful!
