Award winning coffee!!
All that needs to be said about Roasters.
They have 2 cafes and the Coffee Stop outside the Brunswick is owned by the same guy.
He is spreading amazing coffee around Scarborough.
The food is worth a look too.
A little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.
Has beans from all over the world.
The Brazilian bean is my favourite

The barista here is an amiable chap with multiple awards for his knowledge and skill. Unfortunately he now spends most of his time at their sister coffee shop, also Roasters, on Newborough, Scarborough.
The espresso is usually good however sometimes it is a little bitter and is best taken as Machiato.
The soup is good and the sandwiches etc are fine but a little pricey for what they are. In my opinion they have lowered themselves by offering bacon butties to the masses.
The staff are friendly enough and the overall atmosphere is convivial. Can be a bit of a wait when busy and I have walked out a few times
