UNTRUSTWORTHY i bought what they told me was a Bush A engery rated double cooker - they were asked several times is this a BUSH? they both said yes.... one shop chap said that only an electrician can install it. he said that the shop could not install but we will deleiver, whilst the other shop chap said i will install it for £20.00 -

i bought the cooker and they wrote on the invoice that it was a bush - and deleivered it that night. when the brought the cooker in they were again asked is it a Bush cooker and they said "yes it is"... well it is not it is a Euro kera - what ever that it. the grill pan does not fit this cooker and it is terrible at cooking evenly. an UNTRUSTWORTHY shop

Like others I too received dreadful service when I purchased a faulty hair-dryer. all wonderfully nice before money handed over but after that there is no returns policy and no customer service-just rude unhelpful people. Buyer beware.

I bought a hand blender there yesterday and noted online that amazon was selling it for 15 pounds cheaper (including free delivery) so I decided return my purchased blender and upgrade my blender to a higher model. I went to the store and asked for a refund expecting no hassle as the box wasn't even opened and I am a regular customer.

I was made to wait 15 minutes before i was helped and the "gentleman" that served me told me quite aggressively that they do not accept returns and it was not his problem. He continued to cut me off at every sentence sternly telling me I wasn't listening and to "try to pay attention lady", and then WALKED AWAY from me when i spoke! I was absolutely shocked by how rude he was that I stood dumbfounded with my mouth open. He came back eventually and asked me, "So, what do you wanna do"? He told me I could come back later in the day and speak to the boss but he would tell me the same thing and too bad but it's not our problem.

I will truly never go back to this store again. It has always been my intention to support the local shops and economy but after seeing how much more they charge, and what kind of service I received, I will definitely want to reconsider the benefits of buying online.
