Noodle 1 Dining

The food was delicious and freshly made. The lady who owned the place was friendly and welcoming. The food arrived quickly with exceptional service. And the interior design was cozy and quaint.

Surprisingly I couldn't find Pho in this Vietnamese restaurant.
Instead, I had Reis Band. But it is just a typical and simple noodle soup, found easily in East Asia. I don't think that is worth the money.
My friend had spring rolls. It looked fine and tasted ok.

We took the U6 and got off at Bopster. You have to go down a series of steps to get there. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly.

I ordered a beef pho and my husband a vegetarian stir fry. We also ordered spring rolls. All was delicious, but my broth was lacking flavor. Prices were very reasonable. After lunch, it was a quick walk Schlossplatz. Enjoy!

Very small bowl of noodle with 5 pieces of duck, the noodle soup is just warm but not hot and the rice with vegetables is so salty.

And final strange thing is, I bought one bottle of water, because my kid didn't think them up, I put the rest to my private bottle. And for this action the waiter was watching me till I left.
Is this unbelievable or strange? I paid money for it then of course I have the right to judge how to use it. And "saving water" is so important right now in this world, I just trunk them up to save water, is this wrong?

Very nice restaurant with very good food.
It's probably the only restaurant which has an american speed, meaning you go there eat and leave for drinks or party.
Of course you can also stay for a very good wine. The service is really nice and helpful. The food is always very good. Sitting outside you'll have a very nice summer feeling.

Noodle one...it's a vietnamese dream in the middle of Stuttgart!! Big plates with wonderful, fresh food. I really like to eat here also because of the nice modern design, the friendly waiters and the super position directly in the Wilhelmsplatz!
The only fault is the menù, a little bit expensive, but once in a while it's worth to go there and enjoy this food!
I would recommend it for going out with friends but also for a special date as I would love to be invited here for the first date!!

The best part of this restaurant is the staff. I have not encountered a nicer staff of people anywhere else in Germany. That's the good news. The food here is mediocre at best. Our table had four different noodle soup dishes and not one of them was better than average. The noodles are packaged and below average quality. One soup was reminiscent of a bowl of dirty water. I won't be back here to eat...

We ended up at this place when we were looking for Pho noodle soup. Other nearby place was closed. There was no Pho here, but saw similar noodles. The food was ok, but the price for what you get is way high. I don't know if I was paying for the down town location... but I could have gotten similar meals at 2/3 of the price we paid. We would not go back.

like in Asia, small restaurants, very friendly waiters a must see for Stuttgart citizen and visitors. I love it there.

The food is great! Very authentic but not just Vietnamese. Some Asian fusion too. I had the Panang curry and got chicken instead of beef. Slightly different than what you would get in a Thai restaurant but the flavor was great. This will definitely be in our restaurant rotation! Inside is small but adequate with quicker service than other places in Germany but no rushing.
