Dreadful! Do not use this company they are terrible, I returned an item that was not fit for purpose - I had to pay for the return- it took them three and a half weeks to reply and only then after 2 more emails - they don't have a customer services telephone number only a sales number. They do not care they only want your money

Do not buy anything from this company, The products they sell are terrible, if they work they won't for long. When they go wrong there is no customer service at all. They ignore you're e-mails or tickets in there service center.
They got me to return my item which I had to pay for, then ignored me. Now I have no product and have lost hundreds of pounds as they will not give a refund. They are rude to you on the phone if your lucky enough to get through and rude on e-mails if you're lucky enough to get a reply or patient enough to wait a month like I was. It's been 4 months since I bought my product and still without a working model.

Bought a helicopter as a Christmas Present, sent it back straight after Christmas as it had a fault, 2 months later they've messed me around saying they're waiting for parts and now I've had no choice but to raise with Trading Standards.
There is absolutely no question that this is the worst company I've ever had to deal with, they've stressed me out and I am massively out of pocket as I've still no sign of a refund or a returned product from them.

absolotly disgusted in the service the staff had my stood in a stairway for well over 30mins I had to ring the buzzer 4 times to be told to wait someone will come eventually when someone did come they didn't particually have a clue about r/c cars also didn't seem to have the time of day to speak or help woul not recommend this place to anybody has its a disgusting layout with very poor staff help still walked away 45 mins later with no answer or help.
