Falafel Factory

I was wandering out of sternschanze station last night thinking about some late night healthy food. A bright light across the street attracted my attention so I crossed over to see 'Falafel factory' glowing in the darkness.


I found they did a falafel brot, with hummus, a good amount of falafel, salad and potato for only EUR3. Genius. They prepared it really quickly and wrapped it to go.


Falafel factory may be small, but its a real treasure. Delicious, and very good value for money. My late night healthy snack issues are now solved and I will definitely be returning.

I like this place.
The falafel is good.
However i order it with Hummus!

I don't eat falafel very often, but when i do, i usually have it at falafel factory after a night out in the schanze!

When have I been here? After being chucked out of sofabar at closing time (5am)! I have also been once after jumping off the train at Sternschanze. The reason I've never been back is that it's "just another falafel place in the schanze". That and the fact that I'm not often in the mood for falafel anyway...


All that being said, Falafel Factory is cheap, good, healthy, fast food :)

We had two Falafel and both were boring ! No spices , too little sauce. I ordered hot sauce and i got a very mild sauce
The floor was dirty and on the table we found an 4 days-old greasy newspaper.
After our meal we got a cinnamon tea for free- this was delicious !
Only one star for the nice tea , sorry.

Delicious healthy food, generous portions that range from about 3,50 to 7 Euro. Friendly English-speaking staff. Recommended
