Discotheque By Gatecrasher

Discotheque is Gatecrasher's second nightclub and it is equally as impressive as its big sister. I have never seen a club like it for décor; it is very modern and very ornate. The clientele Discothèque attracts are equally stunning. Downstairs there is a brighter area with plenty of space-age seating which is ideal for relaxing and chatting with friends. The main dance floor is upstairs and is an intimate size which adds to the clubs vibrant atmosphere. Being run by Gatecrasher this club gets many a top DJ, it also hosts Hed Kandi once a month with live percussionists who always provide an excellent night.

A great venue when its a Crasher night and looks fantastic inside but the door staff can be quite arses sometimes. If a top DJ like Armin or PVD play, be prepared to squashed a little because the venue is not massive.

Discotheque by gatecrasher is a great night with a host of different events from you hed khandi to your old school dance it caters for everyone. It is definately a break from the usual clubs and i do recommend that you check it out on one of the main event nights as the atmosphere and tunes are quality.

Gatecrasher can be very different depending on what night you go. I tend to visit it in the week when the student nights are on and it is very cheap. Over the weekend it can be very expensive but there are often famous dj's there etc. It is lively and has a good atmosphere.
