If you're in Aachen and need help with your Apple product, I recommend aixxess. I went there today with a MacBook Pro that wouldn't start up anymore--and left about thirty minutes later with a fully functional laptop. They had the replacement part needed (HDD flex cable) in storage. The express service cost extra, but given how difficult it is to get Apple products fixed in Aachen, I thought that was totally reasonable. (Without express service, the wait is 5 to 10 business days.) The young staff member who took care of my computer was excellent--friendly, fast, professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent about what the repair will eventually cost.
